Robert Butler

Director of Environment Services

Robert is from Baton Rouge, and began his HHS career in Baton Rouge, LA as an Assistant Director in 2018. Robert has worked with HHS for the past three 3 ½ years where he has served as a Servant Leader and Assisted Facility Management Administration as well as HHS leadership with multiple projects. Prior to joining HHS, he was a supervisor and then manager in a local “big-box” store for over a decade.

Robert works to develop teams, foster positive relationships, communicates clear expectations, and ensures engagement with his team and the desired outcomes. Robert is responsible for executing HHS processes, quality assurance systems, and client satisfaction programs. Robert has demonstrated his passion for patient/resident care, as well as the ability to blend facility perceptions and realities. Robert has also shown an overall compassion to serve teams of physicians, patients/residents, and staff to help create an atmosphere of inclusion.

Outside of family and faith-based initiatives Robert has a lifelong passion for fishing, of which he enjoys every opportunity he gets to go “wet a line”.
