The Foundation receives support through a variety of sources, including individuals, family members, staff members and members of the Baton Rouge community. Thanks to the generous, tax-deductible donations from people like you, the Foundation is able to help St. James Place residents Live Life Well.

Created to serve two purposes, the Foundation assists residents who, though no fault of their own, are no longer able to cover their monthly expenses. It also provides financial resources to enhance or benefit the entire St. James Place Community. Donations can be made to the Foundation as general contributions through the General Fund, as a memorial or honorarium, by the purchase of a tile on our Duplantier Oak Walk, or as a planned or legacy gift. Many residents participate in a program in which leftover Choice Account dollars are transferred to the Foundation.

Large or small, annually or ongoing, every contribution counts toward meeting the quality of life our residents so richly deserve.
